Delta Dawn When the Light Comes On: Week 5

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be food in My house and I will open the windows of Heaven and pour out such blessing that there will not be room to receive it, and I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, says the Lord." Malachi 3:8-11 Too often these words are used to condemn Believers. Still, God 's pouring out blessings too many to receive and a vow to destroy the devil is good!

Bible reading has skyrocketed in the last year! Bible purchases are up 33 percent over normal years and 83.3 million new readers have joined our ranks. A revolution is under way, today! The first Great Awakening was prior to the Revolutionary War. The Second prior to the Civil War. Bibles were held handy all during World War II. God poured His supply of the Word into many Heaven-bound souls just in time!

Let us understand six Bible defined ages. For 2000 years, man did whatever he thought was right. Only Noah was found righteous. The second 2000 years Moses gave the Law after running off Egypt's gods of destruction. Now 2000 years of the Law brought Jesus on the scene. His resurrection began 'The Church Age". Next up is the 'catching away in 2 Thessalonians 2 Rapture. The storehouse of Bible truth is contested by Father's adversary, every day, hoping to deceive Heaven's very elect!

MEANTIME, the book of Malachi, Old Testament, was a 'white paper' to the Church so they could understand what had happened and what to do about it. The Apostle Paul brings together old and new covenants in Hebrews. Foundational is Old Covenant Principles, then Gospels' great news, Malachi's charge and promises yet unfulfilled. Acts of Apostles are still being written, today, with our supply of choices and voices, either FOR the Holy One of Israel OR the adversary of all truth.

Father's storehouse is not, yet, full. There are still over 2000 people groups we know of who have not heard the Name, Jesus, so missionaries, pastors, and books must be sent. This all takes money. God doesn't have any. He put wealth in our hands to establish His Covenant partnership with men. Deuteronomy 8:18

Recently, a new resident came to town and wanted to teach the Bible in our nursing home. She could not find Bibles for those residents. I explained Luke 6:38 principles to her. She said, "God hasn't told me to tithe." We supplied five free Bibles, anyway. There are more Scriptures about how to handle one's money than there are about God's love. We can give without loving, but one cannot love without giving. "For God so loved the world He GAVE His only begotten Son, that those who believe on Him will not perish from the earth but have everlasting life." John 3:16, 17 And "Love one another as He has loved us". John 3:34, 35

Even Believers find themselves 'under the bus before Jesus' redemption can reach them with healing. Once His way of doing and being right (Kingdom) has rules of government, they understand and thrive. Addictions fall when seed, time and harvest are put to work. Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Jesus and you, too! "My peace give to you, not as the world gives peace, [nothing missing, nothing broken but wholeness.] I give to you." John 14:27
