Virginia (Ginny) Olson, daughter of Dorothy and Marvin Kettler, was born on August 13, 1946, in Sidney, NE. A dedicated student, she graduated from St. Patrick's Academy in 1964 and went on to complete her studies at Central Business School in 1965. On December 17, 1965.

Ginny married Loran Craig, and together they welcomed two children, David Craig and Melissa Jones. Later in life, on June 30, 1991, Ginny found true happiness when she married Merlyn "Ole" Olson, the love of her life.

Ginny enjoyed a fulfilling career in business and accounting, working at numerous companies

including B&B Sales and Cabela's. She officially retired from Cabela's payroll department in 2017, marking the end of a long and dedicated professional journey.

Family was the cornerstone of Ginny's life. Ginny enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Though her greatest joy came from spending time with her great-grandchildren at many sporting events, dance recitals and teaching them how to shop irresponsibly. Ginny also had a talent for whipping up meals large enough to feed an army and providing a safe place for anyone to come vent their frustrations.

Ginny was known for her love of gathering with friends and family, whether it was during backyard barbeques or lively card games. These moments of good times shared with loved ones were what she cherished the most.

Ginny is survived by her son David wife Deb Craig, her daughter Melissa husband Keith Jones all of Kimball, NE. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, her brother Dale wife Bonnie Kettler of Springfield, MO, her brother-in-law Tom O'Connell of Sidney, NE and her sister-in-law Heather Kettler of Muskegon, MI, as well as numerous friends and extended family who she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Merlyn "Ole" Olson, her parents Marvin and Dorothy Kettler, her brothers David and Don Kettler, and her sister Peggy O'Connell.

Ginny's sincere and loving nature will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
