Good Turnout Despite Gloomy Skies for WNCC Aviation Breakfast

SIDNEY--Gloomy skies and a light mist didn't keep away aviation fans, pilots, and aircraft maintenance students from the annual Voc-Air Flying Club Fly-In Breakfast on Saturday morning at Sidney Municipal Airport. A full all-you-can-eat breakfast was offered, a tour of the WNCC Aviation facility, and a flour-sack "bombing" competition for the kids was scheduled.
A good crowd was on hand early in the morning to talk aviation and get a close look at the planes in the hangar. WNCC has the only Aviation Maintenance program in the state of Nebraska, offering a great career choice to young people in...
