Free summer camp for western Nebraska youth

LOCAL - This summer, thanks to incredibly generous local donors, every child can have a life-changing week at Sullivan Hills Camp for free.

At Sullivan Hills Camp, first through twelfth graders develop great friendships, grow their self-confidence, and deepen their faith. Each week this summer, beginning June 9, trained Summer Ministry Team members lead campers through activities such as a high ropes challenge course, archery, boating, Bible study, creative arts, and many other classic camp activities.

Registrations are now open at SullivanHills.org or by calling 308-675-7574. A $50 deposit is required at registration; it will be refunded after the child attends camp.

With a full 640 acres to explore, campers and retreat guests at Sullivan Hills Camp have a variety of activities and adventures at their fingertips. This beautiful site serves hundreds of campers and retreat guests annually. Located 10 miles north of Lodgepole, Neb., Sullivan Hills Camp is a branch of Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries (NLOM). Formed in 1975 as part of the Nebraska Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, NLOM offers spiritual, social, personal, and professional development in a safe, intentional community set apart from everyday life.
