Rosie Kerk Memorial Fund presented a check last Thursday in memory of Rosie Kerk to be used by one of her former students, Tessa Moody. Moody is a teacher at Central Elementary. Kerk's teaching career started in 1955 in Sidney public schools until her retirement from ESU#13 in 1998. The Kerk family appreciated the opportunity to make this donation in honor of their mother's love and passion for children. Kerk's daughter Lana McCoy said, "This would make her so happy!"....
