Volunteers flocked to Leyton Elementary the first week of March to read to the Kindergarten, First, Second, and Third Grade classes in honor of Read Across America. Guest readers included familiar faces, Kaylin Neumann (a Para for Leyton Schools), Matt McLaughlin (Leyton's Superintendent), Shirley Melton (a former Leyton Elementary Teacher), and Julie Milewski (an enthusiastic volunteer).
