3st Century Equipment welcomes Sidney High School senior Kayden Rogers as part of the company's AG Tech training program in conjunction with John Deere.
Kayden is a senior at Sidney High School and is the son of Beth Jallen. He will attend school at Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska.
