When a writer or speaker cites, prints, speaks, and uses information about Israel, Jews, and Israelis from well-known and proven anti-Western, anti-American, anti-Jew, and anti-Israel sources, then that writer or speaker presents inaccurate, biased, untrue, and outrightly offensive views.

My preface leads me to comment about a recently published article titled “Tunnels and War Coincide” in the Sun-Telegraph. The ever-present 300 miles of tunnels in Gaza were constructed by the Hamas leaders, and I quote from an interview with Russia Today’s Arabic channel on Friday: “We built the tunnels because we have no other way of protecting ourselves from being killed in airstrikes. We are fighting from inside the tunnels,” the Qatar-based official said.

Further to illustrate this point: Moussa Abu Marzouk, a prominent member of Hamas’s political bureau, has declared that the terror group that rules Gaza is not responsible for protecting the Strip’s civilians, and said that the vast tunnel network underneath the enclave is only for the protection of Hamas terrorists. ONLY to protect the terrorists, not all Gazans.

Finally, why do three of the highest leaders of Hamas live in opulence and luxury while most Gazan Arabs live in extreme poverty? Three top leaders of Hamas alone have a staggering fortune of $11 billion, according to a report by New York Post. Ismail Haniyeh, Moussa Abu Marzuk, and Khaleed Mashal have been maintaining their luxury lifestyle in Qatar for several years by robbing money contributed by European, Asian, and American governments and the UN for their personal use. These men live that way because Hamas is a death-cult which does not care about its fellow Arabs and wants to wage continuous warfare against the West, America, Israel, and all Jews. Remember that Gazans voted overwhelmingly for Hamas in the 2007 Gazan elections.

So, fellow writers and speakers rely ONLY on proven open, honest, truthful information sources, such as Israel’s, and do not present the lies and propaganda of known haters of Jews, Israelis, the West, and America such as the UN, Al-Jazeera, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, and BBC.
