Daniel Duane Dvorak

Daniel Duane Dvorak, age 75, of Big Springs, NE previously of Sidney, NE passed away Monday, July 24, 2023. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family inurnment to be held at a later date. A trust has been set up in Duane's name, and the family respectfully requests that any donations be made to it through Points West Bank.

Duane was born on July 04, 1948, in Sidney, NE to Francis J. and Angeline E. (Prince) Dvorak. He was raised in Potter, NE with his siblings, and where he attended and graduated from Potter High School in 1967. After graduation, he attended College in Denver, CO to become a Mechanic. In August of 1969, he was united in marriage to which 4 children were born; Glenn, Bart, Amy, and Crystal. He explored many careers in his life but was best known for his mechanic business Triple D Auto Repair and Dvorak Trucking. In 1993 he found the love of his life Carol Ann Christenson. Together they built a life they loved and enjoyed, spending 28 years together before her passing in 2021.

Duane is survived by his children Glenn, Bart, Crystal, and their families as well as his sister Diane.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Amy, his partner in life Carol Ann Christenson, parents Frank and Angeline, brothers Joseph and Don, and his sister Patsy.
