Local Libraries Launch Pen-Pal Program

SIDNEY - The Sidney Public Library and the Chadron Public Library will be working together to promote a Pen- Pal program. Children with similar interests will be paired together in hopes that through writing, life-long friendships will develop.

This is one of the many fun-filled summer programs being hosted by the Sidney Public Library.
