Eunice A. Lindell

Eunice A. Lindell passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 15, 2023 in Wichita Falls, Texas at the magnificent age of 98.  A long time Sidney resident, Eunice moved to Wichita Falls to live near her daughter after the passing of her beloved husband, Lowry Lindell.

Eunice was raised in Gurley, NE and attended Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, NE where she met and married Lowry.  They returned to Sidney to begin their lives, having two children, Sharon and John.

Eunice lived a full life in Sidney as an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, PEO, The Historical Museum of Sidney and many, many bridge clubs.  She enjoyed entertaining, as many will recall and it was easy to call her a friend.  Always dressed beautifully and she was ready to hostess and attend many Sidney events.

Eunice is survived by her daughter Sharon Fiscus, her son John and spouse Jan, and grandchildren Todd Fiscus and spouse Ceron, Lori Oliver and spouse J.W., and Jonathan Lindell and spouse Amber; also her great grandchildren Emme, Holden, Holly, Wade, Payton and Henry.

She was preceded in death by husband Lowry, son-in-law Keith Fiscus, grandson Tim Fiscus and sisters Lois Busboom and Betty Johnson.

We celebrate Eunice's life, a life well led. A celebration of life ceremony will be held sometime in the near future. Interment will occur at Greenwood Cemetery in Sidney.
