Betty Peetz Turns 100

Sidney resident Betty Peetz celebrated her 100th birthday on Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Sidney Regional Medical Center Extended Care Facility. Surrounded by family, friends and well wishers, Betty recounted how she was born and raised in Gurley, then moved to Sidney and farmed with her husband for many years, who passed away at 69 years old. When asked what the secret to living to 100 years is, she replied, "I guess the secret is to live one day at a time. I can't believe I made it to 100, but here I am."
