Scrapco Inc. to offer 950+ Trucks & Vehicles at Local Auction

SIDNEY - Scrapco Inc. has partnered with Kraupie’s Real Estate & Auctioneers to offer over 950 trucks and vehicles at the Nebraska Truck Hoard Auction to be held Oct 26th-27th.

Scrapco owner Robert (Rob) Van Vleet, a passionate and well-known picker in the Nebraska panhandle, is selling part of his 300-acre collection featuring rare & desirable vehicles dating back to the early 1900s and holding much historic value and nostalgic charm. Van Vleet stated, “As a picker there’s a fine line between accumulating a collection and being known as a hoarder, so we thought we would hold an auction for those both nationally and globally who recognize and appreciate the value of these relics.” The auction has garnered international attention with the farthest traveling visitor coming from Sweden along with many interested parties coming from Pennsylvania, Canada, Texas, Oregon, and other locales.
