Raiders, Larson Excel At Mitchell and Gering Invitationals

Sidney's Red Raider Girls Golf team competed at the Mitchell Invitational on September 8, and the Gering Invitational on Sept 12, and Sidney's Aubrey Larson placed well individually in both tournaments.

At Mitchell, the Red Raider team finished second with a 451, behind first place Scottsbluff with a 397. Larson ended the day with a round of 103, good enough for 6th place, followed by Claire Jordan with a 109, Audrey Splichal with a 115, Jordan DeNovellis with a 124 and Peyton Sprenger with a 134.

At Gering, the Sidney team finished sixth overall with a 461, behind first place Scottsbluff with a 306 and second place Gering with a 400. Larson finished 17th individually with a round of 105, followed by Claire Jordan with a 114, Kaydie Whatley with a 120, Jordan DeNovellis with a 122, Kat Jallen with a 135, Josette McConnell with a 141and Peyton Sprenger with a 145.
