Creek Valley's Lady Storm Picks Up First Wins

Creek Valley's Lady Storm Volleyball team started the season with losses on the road to Sutherland, Perkins County and Sioux County, but finally righted themselves with two wins in a triangular against Minatare and Hyannis at Hyannis.

First up was the Lady Indians of Minatare, a team that was also searching for its first win. The teams scrapped in the first set, capitalizing on each others' errors to score, and at the end of a tight first set, the Lady Storm came out on top 25-to-23.
