How We Should Act

In today’s world it’s all about me, and what I want and how I feel.

We don’t live in a Bubble everything we do or say effects somebody else, In Matthew Chapter 7 the Bible first tells us not to judge others, for in the manner, you judge is the same way you will be judged, the chapter goes on to tell us to stop looking at everyone else’s Faults and take care of your own instead.

Chapter 7 goes on to say he who asks will receives, they that seek will find, and the person who knocks the door will be opened to them, this is referring to asking, seeking, and knocking to find GOD.

The Chapter goes on to speak about how we should treat others, by giving your family good things like God give his children, and then it speaks about treating others how you would like to be treated, don’t treat others with disrespect and then expect them to respect you don’t speak harshly towards others and expect them to speak kindly to you. The way we act and speak to each other may determine how you are treated.

In the book of Proverbs, it states “A kind word turns away wrath”, So instead of ONLY thinking about ourselves and what we want, Let’s start

Thinking about those around us, because Just Maybe they are hurting and could use a little compassion and understanding.
