MAC Announces All-Conference Volleyball Selections

South Platte and Garden County were named Volleyball Co-Champions due to their identical overall records (24-and-8), conference records (6-and-1) and .857 winning percentage.

The Conference released the All-Conference Volleyball selections, with many local athletes being honored for this years' accomplishments.

First Team All Conference

Avery Hayward, South Platte-- Leading the Blue Knights in Kills (269) and Ace Serves (66), the 5'7” junior also finished third in Digs (328) and fourth in Serve Receptions (155).

Kamry Kramer, Garden County-- Leading the Eagles in Kills (219) and Serve Receptions (391), the 5'7' senior was also second in Digs (275) and third in Ace Serves (41).

Kierra Miller, Bayard High School—Leading the Tigers in Assists (572), the 5'4” junior also was second in Ace Serves (46) and fourth in Digs (183).

Lauren Stanley, South Platte—The 5'7' senior finished second on the Blue Knights in Kills (180), Digs (384) and Service Receptions (302).

Kaitlyn Craig, Leyton—An outstanding season for the 6'0” sophomore helped power Leyton to a 17 win season. She was third in Kills (103) and second in Blocks (142) for the season.

Jenna Spady, Garden County—The Eagles leader in Set Assists (377), the 5'8” junior also was third in Digs (209) for the year.
