Lady Coyotes Even Record With a Win

Potter-Dix’s Lady Coyote Volleyball team improved their record to 2-and-2 in the young season with a win against Sioux County Friday night. The Lady Coyotes hosted the visiting Lady Warriors, and the action started with a tight 25-to-22 set that the Potter-Dix squad was able to pull out to start the match. The next set followed and Potter-Dix took control early, going on scoring runs and playing great defense on their way to a 25-to-8 second set win. The visitors were able to regroup and play better in the third set, but again the Lady Coyotes were able to outlast the Lady Warriors and came away with a 25-to-22 set win, for the 3-to-0 straight set victory.

Potter-Dix junior Lily Tabor led with eight kills in the match, while senior Kendall Nielsen, sophomore Madison Williamson and junior Tyenne Berner each had five Ace Serves in the match.
