Aaron W. Dykman

Aaron W. Dykman, age 44, of Dalton, NE passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 1, 2021 in Dalton. Memorial services were held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, July 8, 2021 in the United Church of the Plains in Dalton, NE with Pastor Leon “Bud” Gillespie officiating. Interment will be in the Dalton Cemetery. Services will be recorded and available on our website for viewing.

Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Wednesday from 1-6:00 P.M. to sign Aaron’s register book and leave condolences for the family. Family will be present from 4-6:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leyton FFA Alumni, Dalton Fire and Rescue, or the Community Shepherds in memory of Aaron. The wishes of Aaron would be for everyone to dress casually.

Aaron William Dykman, youngest son of Ronald William Dykman and Betty Jeane (Gillespie) Dykman, was born on October 22nd 1976 at the Oshkosh Hospital. He attended Leyton Public Schools and graduated from Leyton High School in 1995. He attended and graduated from WyoTech in Laramie. Aaron resided the rest of his life in Dalton. Aaron was passionate about farming and devoted most of his life to spraying crops and feeding cattle. He was a hard worker who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Immediate survivors include his parents both of Dalton, nieces Jessica Eddy of Sidney, Shannon Anderson of Ogallala, Morgan Dickerson of Kimball, Hope Dykman of Pine Bluffs, WY, nephews Cody Dykman of Dalton, Collin Anderson of Dalton Brother-in-law Doug Anderson of Broadwater along with a great niece and two great nephews. Aaron was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Dykman, sister Patsy Colling, and sister Nicky Anderson.
