Namuth Commits To York

Sidney High School senior Delanie Namuth signed a letter of commitment to attend and compete on the Track & Field team at York college of Nebraska for the Fall of 2021.

Namuth cited the size of the school and community, similar to Sidney, as being a deciding factor in her decision to attend York.

The college competes in NAIA Division II, and Namuth will be focusing on the Shot Put and Discus events, and eventually hopes to compete in the Hammer and Javelin events.

Namuth plans on a Pre-Med curriculum for a career in medicine, and has earned a scholarship for her undergraduate studies.
