Felicia V. Wooley of Sidney, NE passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 in Scottsbluff, NE.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 14th in the Greenwood Cemetery in Sidney with Pastor Pete Morgan officiating. Cremation has been held and no formal visitation is planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family. Felicia Victoria Wooley was born June 17, 1978 in Bellflower, CA to Victor Wooley and Jacqueline Suzette (Virgil) Warren. She attended school in Mendenhall in Garden Grove, CA. At age 3 she became a member of the Special Olympics of California earning medals and ribbons for many events in Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Diego, CA. The family moved to Sidney, NE in 1995. Felicia loved her Lord and Savior and was a prayer warrior.
She is survived by her parents; Victor Wooley and Jacqueline (Virgil) Warren, sister; Sophia Virgil Wooley, brother David Swoap, (4) nieces, (5) nephews, (1) great-nephew, Grandmother; Dolores Virgil, (8) aunts, (4) uncles, many great-aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends.
Felicia was preceded in death by her brother, Victor Anthony Wooley; grandfather Whitey Wooley and Grandmother Linda, grandfather Daniel Virgil; cousin Gabriella Palmore, baby cousin Daniel Valdez, step-father Randall Warren and her fur-baby Buster.
