Job's Daughters International

Job’s Daughters Inter-national, Bethel #25 of Sidney, NE competed in their annual state competition “Let Your Dreams Set Sail” Grand Session in Kearney, NE this past summer.

The small but mighty team garnered first place for Small Bethel Circle of Five, the Attendance Award, and Raina Hartwig earned the Exemplary Leadership Award. Our very own Janessa Carley was chosen to be Grand Bethel Honored Queen for the state of Nebraska for the 2019-2020 year. The team followed up their state achievements with awards at the international Supreme Session in Overland, KS as well.

The Nebraska Choir won 2nd place while Ginny Herboldsheimer placed first in the Second Messenger part.

Job’s Daughters Inter-national is an organization for girls 10-19 years old that emphasizes leadership, public speaking and friendship. Members enjoy fun sleepovers, games and memories that last a lifetime! We raise money to purchase hearing aids for children who can’t afford them. Everyone is invited to a membership party on October 26th at 6pm at 1830 Illinois Street to learn more about our wonderful organization. For more information, please contact Laurie Herboldsheimer, Bethel Guardian, at 308-249-7232.

A huge thanks to Panhandle Auto Group for our sweet ride in the Oktoberfest parade!
