Brandee Gillham has agreed to write columns for the agriculture section of the Sidney Sun-Telegraph.
Gillham, of Peetz, married her cowboy sweetheart right after college. After a few bumps along the trail, they now enjoying serving as fourth generation ranchers on the family ranch in Peetz, Colorado. They are raising four lil' cowpokes to be the fifth generation living this western way of life and help with the cow-calf operation and raise quarter horses.
Brandee spends her days homeschooling her four boys with the prayer that she will raise them to be warriors for Christ and passionate learners. Brandee loves teaching all ages, and occasionally hops on a plane in the big city and teaches educators how to teach anatomy from a hands-on approach. She and her cowboy love serving and host a college ministry, Cowboy Up Roundpen in their home. She can be found with a .22 or camera in her hand, or a baby on her hip, but preferably not at the same time.
She doesn't drink coffee but can be seen with a cup of sugar as she loves to bake. She believes in Jesus Christ, patriotism, agriculture, hard work and speaking truth with love and laughter.
