The Cheyenne County Commissioners Monday approved renewing a contract with Premier Land Management Services, LLC. The agreement is for maintenance of courthouse grounds and of the Visitor Center.
Premier Land Management Service, LLC, of Lodgepole, offers services including hydroseeding, lawn aeration, lawn fertilization, lawn herbicide application, lawn moss control. The commissioners approved the agreement with a 3-0 vote. Kevin Tooley, representing the Buildings and Maintenance department for Roger Conley, was encouraged to watch how Premier Land Management completes the agreement.
The commissioners also discussed maintenance on a generator at the courthouse building. The commissioners agreed to a maintenance agreement with Nathan Jewell for biannual service at a cost of $640 per year. The commissioners were scheduled to meet with Communications Center Director Heidi Gillespie regarding federal grant funds for a radio tower. However, she did not make it to the meeting due to illness.
