William, Bill, Goscha passed away Feb. 10, 2019 in Oberlin, KS. A long-time Sidney resident, Bill worked flooring and construction. Bill is survived by 5 children, 10 grand children, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Cremation has taken place and his remains will be in the Selden, KS cemetary....
