Paul Eugene 'Gene' Lybarger - Obituary

Paul Eugene “Gene” Lybarger, 73, passed away Oct. 29, 2018 in Pueblo, Colo. Paul was born in Sterling, Colo. to Paul H. and Blanche V. (Ranum) Lybarger on Nov. 7th 1944. Growing up in Sidney, Neb., Paul attended Sidney Public Schools, and had fun fishing and hunting with his family and friends. Paul worked for the Department of Defense for 40 years and retired from the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Law Enforcement/Security Division as a Security Guard in 2005. Paul is survived and loved by his children Wendy (Mike) Fetty, Kimberly (Chuck) Rhiger, and Patricia (Troy) Evans of Pueblo; seven grandchildren, Ashley (Reed), Angela, Nathan (Kristi), Corey, Joshua (Orinna), Lindsey, and Jacob; six great-grandchildren, Kaden, Sophie, Thadius, Jude, Jaydee, and Teaghan; brother, Darrel Lybarger; and sister, Linda Lybarger of Lincoln, Neb .; and his Beloved dog, Gizmo. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Catherine (Hradecky); his parents; and brother, William Michael Lybarger. There will be no viewing and memorial services are pending. Cremation, Montgomery and Steward Crematorium. Memorials in Paul’s name can be made to the American Diabetes Association or to your favorite pet charity.
