After a two-year year break the Kimball Kamakazee Club once again going to have its Fun Fly.
Event Organizer Rick Kirby is proud to announce the return of Kimball Kamakazee Club’s Remote Control Airplane Fun Fly.
The event will be held at the Kimball County Airport R/C field In Kimball Nebraska Sunday, Sept. 30. The field is three miles south and a one half mile west of Kimball’s only stoplight.
The event features planes and pilots from the tri-state area. Pilots from Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming will strut their stuff in the event.
All R/C pilots are invited to participate. No entry fees, no prizes, just a great day to fly. Pilots Check in at 8 a.m. and get a free lunch. Planes take to the sky at 10 a.m. Flights continue until late afternoon.
Planes will be in flight and on display.
Chef Ivory Food Innovation will be on site serving breakfast lunch and snacks, Music and fun for all to enjoy.
The event is open to the public free of charge. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is limited on site seating, so bring your lawn chair.
