COURT BRIEFS

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on September 11, 2018 before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Morgan Robertson, age 30 of Alliance, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of THC, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled to Attempted Possession of THC, a class I misdemeanor and received a $750 fine plus 3 days in jail.

Tyson Lewis, age 30 of Alliance, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Theft, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled to Theft, a class I misdemeanor and received a year of probation and 6 days in jail.

Angela White crane, age 48 of Alliance, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Theft, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled to Theft, a class I misdemeanor and received 18 months of probation and 5 days in jail.

Samantha Rios, age 19 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of Meth, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled to that charge and received 18 months probation and received 12 days in jail.

Samantha Rios, age 19 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on an amended charge of 3rd degree Domestic Assault, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled to that charge and received 12 months probation and received 31 days in jail.

Nathan Archuleta, age 58 formerly of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Meth, a class I misdemeanor. He received one day in jail and $850.

Ashley Jimenez, age 32 of Sterling, CO appeared for arraignment on 3 counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine, class II felonies and one count of attempted distribution of Methamphetamine, a class IIA felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Katherine Martine, age 26 of Fort Morgan, CO appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of THC, a class IV felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 31 at 9:30 a.m.

Jonathan Greene, age 25 of Tampa, FL appeared for sentencing on a charge of Burglary, a class IIA felony. He received 36 months probation and 71 days in jail and $100 in restitution.

Katelyn Wistinghause, age 19 of Buchanon County, IA appeared for sentencing on charges of Burglary and Possession MJ over 1 pound; a class IIA felony and class 4 felony, respectively. She pled guilty to both counts. She received 36 months probation, 71 days in jail and $100 in restitution.

Aaron Kelley, age 43 of Fort Collins, CO, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of THC, a class IV felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Eric Stark, age 21 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on charges of Distribution of MJ within 1000 feet of a school zone, class II felony and Attempted Distribution of MJ, class IIIA felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Heather Grant, age 49 of Lodgepole, appeared for arraignment on charges of Possession of Meth and Possession of Oxycodone, both class IV felonies. Status hearing set for Oct. 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Amanda Weinbender, age 36 of Potter, appeared for a status hearing on two counts of attempted distribution of meth, a class IIA felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 3 at 1 p.m.

Ernesto Tolentino, age 36 of Julesburg, CO appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Meth, a class IV felony. Status hearing set for Oct. 3 at 1 p.m.
