The Peetz relay team passes the baton during recent action.
On Saturday the Peetz boy's Track and Field team traveled to compete in the Akron Invitational against fourteen other area schools.
The Bulldogs took eighth place as a team, earning 50 points by the end of the competition. There were several outstanding performances for Peetz, with junior Bryson Long winning the Triple Jump with a distance of 38' 08". Senior Helmuth Wenneker placed second in the 400 meters and seventh in the 100 meters. The 4x200 meter relay team took second place and the 4x100 meter relay team placed third.
