It is with great sadness that the family of Jamie Maddox Potter announces her passing, on Monday, February 19, 2018, at the age of 46 years. Jamie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 12 years, Rick Potter, and his children Jaiden Potter and Lexi Potter.
Jamie will also be forever remembered by her mother and father, Peggy and Bill Maddox, and her siblings, Kelley Hazlitt, Kim Bruns, Craig Maddox and wife Shea, Jeff Maddox, Jarrod Maddox and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and faithful companion - Bear.
A funeral service in memory of Jamie will be held on Friday, February 23rd. There will be a viewing at 11 a.m. and service at 1 p.m. at the Haxtun Community Center, 125 E. Wilson St., Haxtun, Colorado. Debbie Neal, Chaplain, will be officiating. Burial will follow at Jarvis Cemetery.
