Members of this year's Leadership Cheyenne County class put the final touches on a community project Friday, placing commemorative plaques at two city transportation covered bus stops, purchased and built through the group's efforts. The class solicited funds and built two shelters along the city's Stage Line bus route, one at 10th and King by the courthouse, the other near the office at Sioux Villa.
