Cheyenne County Community Center Offers More Than Recreation

As you enter the Cheyenne County Community Center and walk up to the front desk to check in, there's a banner overhead that reads, "Dedicated to serving the health, wellness, educational, recreational, and social needs of Cheyenne County and the surrounding area".
