Timothy Dwayne Haessler, age 59 of Sidney, NE Went home to be with his Lord, Jesus, December 16, 2017 at the Sidney Care and Rehabition Center in Sidney.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, December 22nd in the Christian Life Center with Pastor Pete Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Thursday from 1-7:00 P.M. to sign Tim's register book and leave condolences for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of the family for future designation. Timothy Dwayne Haessler was born December 14, 1958 in Ogallala, NE to Virgil and Marcia (Stockamp) Haessler. He attended St. Paul's Lutheran School through the 8th grade, 9th grade at Ogallala Jr. High, and graduated from Ogallala Sr. High in 1977. He married Theresa May Moore in 1982 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ogallala. To this union, two daughters were born, Lynette and Nicole. The family resided in Ogallala until 1986 then moved to Tacoma, WA until 1995 when they moved to Sidney. Timothy worked at the Country Kitchen until 1997 and started working at Ideal Linen until April of 2017.
Timothy is survived by (2) daughters: Lynette Olszak (Jason) of Louisiana and Nicole Kopetzky (Nathan) of Wyoming, (3) brothers: Steven, Randall (Maria) and Jerry Haessler; (2) sisters: Debra Morrow (Darrell) and Judy Thompson (Charles), (7) grandchildren: Kaylee, Jacob, Brian, Brady, Jaxon, Khloe, Bentley, and his best friend, Sammy.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents: Virgil and Marcia (Stockamp) Haessler of Ogallala.
