Lodgepole Man Escapes Injury In Truck Accident
A Lodgepole man escaped injury when the truck-trailer he was driving went off the rolled and rolled Nov. 14.
Tucker Peterson, 30, of Lodgepole, was driving a 2006 Freightliner trucker with a trailer on Cheyenne County Road 139 at 10:40 a.m. when the truck drifted off of the right side of the road and entered a ditch. The trailer then rolled a quarter time, totaling the truck and trailer. The accident occurred about two miles east and 2 ½ miles north of Sunol, about a mile south of County Road 30.

Lodgepole woman injured in single vehicle accident
A Lodgepole woman was injured and transported to Sidney Regional Medical Center Nov. 1 when the 1998 Ford EPT she was driving went out of control at about 9:50 p.m and left the road.
Marie Lavick, 28, of Lodgepole, was driving eastbound on Cheyenne County Road 8 between CCR 147 and 149 when the vehicle came too close to the south edge of the road. The vehicle was overcorrected to the right, causing it to enter a ditch and roll multiple times before coming to a stop.
Lavick was ejected from the vehicle and the Ford EPT was totaled in the crash.
