Patricia Joan Olmstead - Obituary

Pat grew up in Western Nebraska. She graduated from Sidney, NE High School, attended Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE; and was a member of Phi Mu Sorority. She met the love of her life Don Olmstead at Wesleyan; they married in 1948. Pat was a volunteer leader for family education for the State of Michigan Mental Health during the years the children were growing up. She later was a secretary at the Child Guidance Clinic, and then became Executive Secretary at an outpatient psychiatric clinic in Birmingham, MI, prior to their move from Michigan to Mississippi in 1976.
