Serving proudly since 1873 as the beautiful Nebraska Panhandle's first newspaper
Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska (CAPWN) offers a Teen Outreach Program to youth in Cheyenne County.
CAPWN is a non-profit community-based organization that serves low-income households and those unable to meet their needs by offering alternative sources.
The teen outreach program is an after-school club that operates currently in the Media Center at Sidney Middle School, and meets once a week. The no-cost program is for youth ages 12 to 18.
For more information on the CAPWN teen outreach program contact Lorilei Stark at 308-254-5856.
