Security First Bank's Tree of Lights is adorned by blue stars with hand written names and items needed listed on them. Each star represents a resident at Sidney's SRMC extended care.
Security First Bank partnered with Sidney Regional Medical Center (SRMC) to build a tree that offers residents of SRMC extended care gifts from the community this holiday season.
On each blue star that adorns the tree located at Security first bank, is a name and items needed or wanted for Christmas by each resident.
Security Gold Director, Connie Akeson said individuals who participate by selecting one or more stars will have their names entered in a drawing to win one of two $50 chamber gift certificates.
Akeson said gifts should be returned to the bank by Dec. 12, and a party will be thrown for the residents on the Dec. 13 where the residents will receive their gifts.
Those who are interested in participating in the gift giving can stop by Security First Bank at 1205 Jackson Street in Sidney and chose one or more stars from the tree.
