District Court clerks from across the state begin arriving in Sidney this evening, preparing for one of two annual workshops providing educational and networking opportunities to make their jobs go smoother.
This spring, clerks are guests of Deb Hume, clerk of the Cheyenne County District Court and current president of the Nebraska Clerks of the District Court Association. As association president, Hume said she had the option of hosting one of the annual meetings.
