The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, March 28, 2016, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Melissa Smerker, 45, of Scottsbluff, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Proof of Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of plea is set for April 11.

Scott Touney, 33, of Sidney; Tyson Bockhahn, 24 of Sidney; and Sean Ewert, age 47, also of Sidney, all appeared for arraignment on a charge of assault – fight by mutual consent, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of lea set for Arpil 11.

Tyler Bickford, 35, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of no proof of insurance, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of plea is set for April 11.

Brandon Lulf, 19, of Dix, appeared for arraignment on a charge of theft by shoplifting - $500 or less, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of plea is set for April 11.

Zachary Kappius, 24, of Erie, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of plea set for April 11.

Atinot Staman, 28, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of no proof of insurance, a class II misdemeanor. Pretrial hearing is set for April 25.

Kristie Keenan, 32, of Dalton, Neb., appeared for entry of plea on a charge of procuring alcohol for a minor, a class I misdemeanor. She pled not guilty. A pretrial hearing is set for May 9.

Pamela McClelland-Senoff, 52, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – drugs, a class W misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing is set for April 25.

Rene Schouviller, 45, of Cheyenne, Wyo., appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pled guilty to that charge. She was sentenced to 6 months probation, a 60 day license revocation, and a $500 fine plus the court costs.

Jeffrey Hain, 32, of Fremont, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to that charge. He was sentenced to 6 months probation, a 60 day license revocation, and a $500 fine plus the court costs.

Jeffrey Hain, 32, of Fremont, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI High – 2nd Offense, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Sentencing set for May 9.

Jose Perez, 36, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI High – 2nd, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to DUI – 1st offense, a class W misdemeanor. Sentencing set for May 9.

Claressa Button, 44, of Ankeny, Iowa, failed to appear for arraignment on a charge of False Reporting, a class I misdemeanor. Bench warrant to issue.

Hunter Roseberry, 25, of Sidney, appeared for a Pretrial Hearing on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class II misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing continued until May 9.

Tyson Bockhahn, 24, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Assault – Fight by Mutual Consent, a class II misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to Disturbing the Peace, a class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a $100 plus court costs.

Markus Clayton, 27, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Stalking, a class I misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 9.

Andrew Christofferson, 25, of McCook, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 23.

Joni Davis, 37, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – Refusal, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 9.

Bradley Wernsman, 21, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Failure to Report an Accident, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 9.

George Makris, 60, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 23.

Wayne Gray, 42, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – Refusal, a class W misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing set for May 23.

Nathaniel Whatley, 23, of Bridgeport, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – Drugs, a class W misdemeanor, and Child Abuse, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to DUI – Drugs. Sentencing set for May 23.

Ray Sheley, 25, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Shoplifting - $500 or less, a class II misdemeanor. He pled guilty to that charge and was sentenced to a $100 fine plus court costs.

Andre Purrier, 21, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on charges of False Reporting, a class I misdemeanor, and Failure to Report an Accident, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for April 25.

Loukisha Medina, 23, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree, a class I misdemeanor. She pled not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for May 9.

Patty Turnbull, 34, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on charges of Resisting Arrest and Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree, both class I misdemeanors. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pled guilty to Attempted Resisting Arrest, a class II misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 4 days in jail and a $300 fine plus court costs.

Scott Touney, 33, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on charges of Domestic Assault, a class I misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass – 2nd Degree and Assault – Fight by Mutual Consent, both class II misdemeanors. He pled not guilty. Pretrial Hearing set for May 9.

Daniel Valdez, 22, of Kimball, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced 6 months probation, a 60 day license revocation, and a $500 fine plus court costs.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, April 14, 2016, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Rickie Bunkofske, 52, of Sidney, appeared for Trial by Stipulated Facts on a charge of DUI – 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor, and Reckless Driving a class III misdemeanor. He was found not guilty of DUI – 1st Offense and was found guilty of Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to a $500 fine plus court costs.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 18, 2016, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

John Anderson, 60, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of Issuing a Bad Check - $500 to $1500, a class I misdemeanor. He pled guilty to that charge and was sentenced to $1000 fine plus the court cost as well as $895.85 in restitution.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Justin Noffsinger, 34, of Holyoke, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon, a class I misdemeanor. Entry of Plea set for May 9.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, April 21, 2016, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Bryan Crawford, 41, of Flagstaff, Ariz., appeared for entry of plea on charges of Fight by Mutual Consent, a class II misdemeanor, and Disturbing the Peace, a class III misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to Disturbing the Peace. He was sentenced to 1 day in jail and $100 plus the court costs.
