Sidney High School had a strong academic showing as 50 of its students competed in the Chadron State College Scholastic Contest held on April 1, finishing first as a team in their division for the fifth straight year.
CSC Scholastic Contest recognizes the academic achievement and talents of high school students from Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming. There are approximately 45 different competitions, each designed to allow students to demonstrate their academic skill in a particular discipline.
