The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on March 21, 2016 before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Brian Everingim, 37 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash, which is a Class IV felony. He waived the hearing. Arraignment set for April 6 at 9 a.m.
Kenneth Steffens, 42 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Failing to Register pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act, which is a Class IIIA felony. He waived the hearing. Arraignment set for April 6, at 9 a.m.
Latifa Steinman, 21 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash, which is a Class IV felony. She waived the hearing. Arraignment set for April 6.
Brittney Agena, 24 of Scottsbluff, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash, which is a Class IV felony. She waived the hearing. Arraignment set for April 12, at 8:30 a.m.
