Lodgepole Lions Club to offer scholarship

The Lodgepole Lions Club announces the deadline for the 2016 Lodgepole Lions Club scholarship. Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each is provided by the Lodgepole Lions Club with the following guidelines:

1. The award money is paid jointly to the recipient and the post-secondary educational institution of which recipient is attending.

2. All application information is to be typed or printed in black ink.

3. The recipients are responsible for giving the Lions’ Club Scholarship committee treasurer the name and address of the financial aid office at the educational institution of which he/she will be attending.

Applications must be received by April 9. The Lodgepole Lions Club Scholarship is awarded on an equal and non-discriminatory basis.

The Lodgepole Lions Club Scholarship applications are now available from Kathy Ford, guidance counselor at Creek Valley High School. Students may also assess the application and application guidelines on Facebook at “Class of 2016 Info” (must ask to join) or request it by email to [email protected].
