The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Jan. 25 before the Honorable Randind Roland:
Chad Hargrove, 29 of Lawrenceburg, Ind., appeared for presentment via phone, with his attorney, on charges of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of hash, which are a Class IIA and a Class IV felony, respectively. He also waived his preliminary hearing. Arraignment is set for Feb. 9 at 9 a.m.
Nathan Mortensen, 32, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI high test second offense no registration, which are a Class 1 misdemeanor and Class W misdemeanor, respectively. Entry of plea is set for Feb. 8.
Louis Probert, 42, of Potter, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI high test second offense, which is a Class I misdemeanor. A pre-trial conference is set for Feb. 22.
The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Jan. 26 before the Honorable Randind Roland:
Timothy Spires, 45, of Potter, appeared for a preliminary hearing on charges of second degree assault, felony DUI, serious bodily injury and child abuse, which are Class IIA IIIA and IIIA felonies, respectively. The case were bound over. Arraignment is set for Feb. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
Tyson Bockhahn, 24, of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, which is a Class IV felony. The case was bound over. Arraignment is set for Feb. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
