A short-handed Sidney squad fell in a dual meet at Bridgeport on Thursday night, 39-27.
"For the most part, I thought our kids wrestled hard," Sidney coach John Ganser said. "We were short-handed due to sickness and injuries, and we tried to overcome that. We came close.
"I'll give them credit, I think our kids showed up for each other."
