The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Wednesday before the Honorable Derek C. Weimer:
Kristin Gulley, 30, appeared in court for arraignment on five counts of distributing child pornography, which are Class ID felonies. The defendant filed a plea in abatement to challenge the court findings from the preliminary hearing. The case was continued to 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2016, to allow time for the defense to obtain a transcript of the preliminary hearing.
Joseph Mladenik, 40, of Cheyenne, Wyo, appeared in court for a pretrial conference. The case remains scheduled for a jury trial to commence on Dec. 14.
Kameron Walker, 26, of Sidney, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a knife by a felon, which is a Class IV felony. He also admitted to violating a condition of probation in a prior case where he was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, which is a Class IV felony. Sentencing on both cases is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2016.
Dylan Hull, 18, of Sidney, appeared in court for a status hearing. A pretrial conference is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2016.
