The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Nov. 16, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Koby Bockhahn, 21, of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a amended charge of third degree assault, which is a Class II misdemeanor. He received six months in jail with credit for one day.
Jose Rios, 25, of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of attempted possession of methamphetamine, which is a Class I misdemeanor. The defendant withdrew his motion to withdraw his plea and wanted to proceed to sentencing. He received 150 days in jail with credit for 35 days.
David Pilger, 22, formerly of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of hash, which is a Class IV felony. He waived the hearing. Arraignment is set for 10 a.m. on Dec. 2.
