The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Nov. 23, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
David Wentzel, 59, of Denver, Colo., appeared for presentment on a charge of DUI 3rd High, which is a Class IIIA felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Dec. 7.
Justina Stevens, 18, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of procuring alcohol for a minor, which is a Class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea is set for Dec. 14.
