A special Veterans Day ceremony will be held at Leyton High School in Dalton. Refreshments will be provided at 10 a.m. The National Guard, color guard, keynote speakers as well as a P.O.W. and M.I.A. ceremony will be included in the event. The ceremony will follow in the Leyton High School gym. Sponsored by Mintken Davidson Post 301.

The Jr. Friends of the Library will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the Sidney Public Library at 5:30 p.m. This group welcomes youth in 7th through 12th grades and emphasizes community involvement.
