Jerry Dean Jacobs was born March 28, 1943, in Abilene, TX to Russell and Hilda (Schubarth) Jacobs. He was cured of his illness and began his adventures in Heaven on Oct. 22, 2015.

Jerry attended Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, obtaining his degree in Physical Therapy. In 1977, the family settled in New Mexico where they raised their family.

After running a successful private physical therapy practice in Clovis, N.M. for nearly 20 years, Jerry retired to his much loved farm near Durant, Okla. where he raised goats, cattle and donkeys.
