The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Justin Lane, age 32 of Denver, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of criminal impersonation, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted criminal impersonation, a class I misdemeanor. He received 13 days in jail.
Antonio Flores, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of distribution of methamphetamine, a class II felony. He waived the hearing and arraignment has been set for Nov. 4 at 11 a.m.
Valente Acosta-Simental, age 54 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of distribution of methamphetamine, a class II felony. He waived the hearing and arraignment has been set for Nov. 4 at 11 a.m.
Crystal Hunter, age 21 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of criminal impersonation, a class IV felony. She waived the hearing and arraignment has been set for Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.
